"This store is located outside of Byhalia on hwy 309 and hwy 22 (78) they sell Baskin-Robbins ice cream and they also sell meat and vegetables cooked fresh everyday."
"If I could give minus stars I would. This place was the most DISGUSTINGLY dirty rest stop I've ever seen in so my travels. Both the men's and women's restrooms were filthy beyond words. The ladies room looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months and that's absolutely not an exaggeration. There was No hand soap. The one toilet was completely filled with disgusting whatever. The men's room was just as bad according to my husband. The eating area all tables were ALL dirty. There literally was garbage and dirt all over the floors. Baskin Robbins ice cream among other food was being served and offered. I would strongly suggest for ones own health not to ever buy any food there and certainly unless it's an emergency look for another rest stop. I did Express my feelings to the attendant (not that it would have mattered). After I posted this review I saw other similar reviews literally from over a year ago with these exact same complaints. TO THE OWNERS: DON'T RESPOND WITH I'M SORRY respond with - we are dealing with this ongoing concern immediately and then DO IT. TO @bp_plc and @baskinrobbins you need to check into this - your name is attached to this."
"Bathroom was very unclean. I told the clerk behind the counter and she said "it wasnt her problem" and was very flippant in regards to my concern. Consider skipping this station and pick one that has cleaner bathrooms and better service."
"The owners son demanded i take my service dog out of the store. After which i informed him that was not complying with the ADA. He used defamatory words to tell me to leave or he was calling the cops. I stayed to speak to the police. While waiting he demanded i leave and never come back. Please sir go back to your country. Simve you have shown the inability to obey the law in the USA!"
