You can easily pick up or drop off pre-labeled FedEx packages at this location, saving you time and hassle. Simply pack and seal your package, create a label, affix it to your package, and drop it off. You can also redirect your package for pickup at this location and be notified when it's ready. "Worked out pretty well for me no major issues"
"FedEx has been refusing to deliver an "expedited" package for a solid week citing "prolonged severe weather" (?) I filed two complaints with FedEx - I received neither a confirmation number nor the promised phone call from someone in a position of authority. This morning I filed a Better Business Bureau complaint. Given the number of unresolved complaints, my complaint and a metrocard will get me a ride on an MTA bus. Avoiding FedEx means avoiding both frustration and lost monies. Buyer beware."
