"I’m in a new neighborhood, I’ve been here three months and not one piece of mail has been delivered, it is consistently delivered to another address, Cove rather than Lane. I’ve gone to the post office multiple times and get a different excuse every time. At this point I don’t know what to do, they are consistently horrible. Where is my mail? Where is the title to my car?"

"Very inconsistent service. Leaves out going many times. Picks up mail late causing shipments to be delayed. Overall Very poor"

"There's a few reasons as to why I have them 3 stars. 1. There is a guy that delivers mail and every package I get is always delivered to the wrong house, my 8YO stopped him one day and told him he put it wrong mail box.. 2. We have to take a mail to post office to be sent off because nobody checks my mail box and gets it out.. 3. I had mail coming from the MS IRS and well I never gotten it so hope it wasn't nothing bad. People inside are good, delivers not so much."

"One star is tooo much!!!!!!!I only had to choose that in order to comment!! This one heavy guy, speeds by the box, without checking it! When he does check it, he doesn’t take out the sending mail! Stuffs the mail in on top and or around what’s already inside the box!!! It should be a crime how he crumbles up the mail! The first time he didn’t check my box, I tried to stop him and he flew right on by me! This time I made a video of the box with the flag up! My bills need to be on time!!!!!!! ! Fire him if he doesn’t know the importance of his job!!!!!!"

"I’ve never once had a bad experience with this post office. Anytime I’ve had an issue with a delivery I’ve been able to call this local post office and get it taken care of. Much easier than trying to deal with the national USPS customer support."
