"This was the worst bizarre experience I've ever come across in my 52 years in my life!! When my husband and I arrived on time for our appointment there was only one person working. It was a young woman that had her two small children there with her. We had to wait for awhile for her to get off the phone loudly discussing her own personal business matters while her 4 & 5 year old ran around the office screaming to top of their lungs. When she finally began to do our taxes the children were completely out of control so I felt like I needed to try to occupy them myself so that hopefully she could correctly do our taxes without being distracted. My husband is a truck driver so usually there's a lot of extra information that needs to be included to ensure our taxes are done correctly. She was totally unfamiliar with how to prepare our taxes so she had to call her boss to help her do it. All the while yelling at her kids that if they shut up she was going to lose her job. I tried my best to play with them and keep them quiet but it was virtually impossible. They were going through all of the other desks then running up to us abd screaming for attention. It was impossible for us to even pay attention to anything to do with our tax preparation so I'm not even sure if it was done properly. The lady/tax preparer wasn't dressed properly for whatsoever to work there much less to hardly even go in public. She seemed like girl but highly unprofessional and shared intimate details of her personal life. We felt like we were being pranked or were in the twilight zone. We thought about leaving as soon as we walked in because she was yelling at her car loan company telling them how unprofessional they were. Lol. She being a black woman herself was demanding to speak to a white person. My husband , being a truck driver, has to work 6 days a week if not all week. It was extremely difficult for him to even be able to take off and lose a whole days pay for us to make this appointment. We had no other choice but to go ahead and go through with letting her do our taxes. So now not only he's lost a days pay but then they charged us over $300 for doing our taxes. The amount she says we're getting back doesn't seem right either. We actually even paid the fees right if our checking account too. I will be calling corporate office to report this so maybe none else has to experience this!"
