"On 10/12/11 they accepted a general power of attorney that was signed by me. BUT here's the thing I was not cognitively aware to understand what I was doing because of my medical condition! THEY should have checked their facts before filing that power of attorney! IF I fight it on the side of the person that I gave the power to, it could bring far more negative consequences on their behalf! So I'm going to fight it the other way around I have rights! What will the court system say when I show them my medical records in my condition at the time? Now understand the power of attorney was necessary at the time! Here's the thing they should have gone to the doctors to let them know that I was not able to make a decision and understand what I was doing!"
