"I cannot recommend this business based on my experience. Despite fully settling a loan, they continue to report it as seriously delinquent and provide inconsistent information to different credit bureaus, which I believe violates the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). This has severely impacted my credit score. Additionally, their local staff displayed a lack of professionalism; one was smacking gum and without shoes while handling my paperwork, and another was preoccupied with music and personal calls. This interaction has been the biggest financial misstep I’ve ever made. Please be cautious if considering their services."

"Do Not use these People..... David talked me into making a post payment prior to my payment ... I did this bc I changed my job and pay date changed.. I was half way into paying this loan off ( on time & never being late) I called them to let them know that I will make a payment in a couple of days ( within the due date) I was told the payment wouldn't go in until Tuesday on like adread on... But it was put in on Saturday, which caused me a overdraft fee and you can't do anything about that just to push my payment forward a few days... Because ya said it was my BANK fault..... I DON'T THINK SO.... I'm still without a $35..00 fee not to mention NEVER EVER being overdraft... Even their corporate office said the same thing.. Sorry but not Sorry.... . POOR BUSINESS"

"PREDATORY LOANS UNDERSTOOD high interst.Take item to record meeting. They told me I could pay off loan with no penalty early didnt tell me it included the total amount for the whole 18 months I had financed. BORROWED $1700.PAYBACK $38++."

"Never a problem from them. They are alot better than quite a few others on coast. Worked with me after my surgery. Alot posted by previous about rude staff. Since everyone was rude think it maybe the person being rude not staff."
