"I’d always had good experiences before this, however, the store was recently sold and is under new management. The quality was terrible, and I suspect contained little to no CBD whatsoever. I bought the same thing I always do, gummies and tincture. While the ingredients listed were the same, the product was not. The colors were completely different and the tincture was basically water. I seriously doubt there’s anything beyond sugar in any of it. One reason I went here in the first place was the lab number on the side of the products, supposedly saying what “batch” it had come from, and suggesting it was safe. I kept my old containers, thinking I could compare lab reports. However, the numbers were always the same for every container of gummies and every tincture. I’m highly skeptical that the same batch produced every gummy I ever bought and another produced every tincture I ever bought. Important: Staff was perfectly polite. Maybe their smoking stuff is better, can’t speak to that. I have asthma, so can’t use that."

"Went to this location about a week ago to get some products to help with anxiousness. I was recommended 2 products. Drops and gummies. I bought both. Went home so excited to try. Had a bad reaction to the gummy product and ended up in Urgent Care. I went back today to get a refund for both or at least the unopened product. ABSOLUTELY no help and BEYOND rude. There is no refund flyer posted as of 3:09 9/13/2023. When I bought the products I was not given direction from the sales associate dee the amount I should take for the gummies. There was so also no refund policy posted nor on my receipt. So my unopened $97 bottle of drops is now useless to me. Hope they figure out how to run a business and treat customers with respect."
