"I’ve been trying to pay my bill for four days and no one has been helping me. I called and got someone on the phone and every other word she sighed at me. Towards the end of the call she didn’t even give me the right account number to pay so the whole call was for absolutely nothing. I’ve been trying to use the app but everything keeps basically telling me there’s an error. The app is confusing. I don’t know why she wouldn’t just let me pay on the phone. I’m so confused by this bank and how some of these people got their jobs."

"Long time customer…This is the absolute worst bank, beware. When it was first castle bank it was great !! Ever since pelican has bought them, it has went downhill.. The customer service especially at the teller desk is the worst, they extremely rude and never helpful. All of their systems are from like the 1990s and has never been updated. Their mobile app is trash and outdated. They don’t even have a drive through anymore. You have to get out of your car and walk in. Ordering checks are like $50 which is wild !! There is zero reasons to bank here… zero avoid at all cost."

"This credit union used to be a friendly and helpful place to do banking, when it was First Castle. Since Pelican has taken over, I seem to have an issue every single transaction. The Branch Manager - James Furst is especially rude and unhelpful. So much for customer service. I don’t recommend joining Pelican. The fees are ridiculous. The employees are incompetent. It’s awful. Not even one star is low enough."
