"This firm has been responsible for the title opinion/insurance for a regional construction project for a month. Despite daily requests for status updates, we have been stonewalled with excuses and admissions of incompetence in areas of need. Their office hours are listed as opening at 0900 during normal weekdays. Lights and computers are visibly on but despite phone calls every 5 minutes and knocks on the door, there appears to be no one in the office. We are left with no choice but to seek a more competent and trustworthy firm to complete the task required. Textbook definition of what we've come to expect from backwater towns in Mississippi."
