"They offer 12PM classes but no one is ever there and they keep canceling the 12PM class. Just received an email 7 minutes before the 12PM class that it was canceled due to scheduling issues. I have tried to go in several times to speak to someone and they say they open at 11:30 but I've hung around until 12:15 and no one ever shows. I signed up online and scheduled the class and still can't get to one. If you don't want to do the class due to low turnout, then don't offer it. This is the only time in my day that I can work in some self care and to have not 1 but 3 classes canceled is unprofessional and very disappointing."

"I did two back-to-back 6 week sessions of Essential Yoga for Beginners with Ellen. I'd done some yoga before, mostly following along with YouTube videos, but hadn't taken many in-person classes. Visiting Downtown Yoga in Ocean Springs became the highlight of each week. (Totally worth the 30+ minute drive from Gulfport!) The calming space that Ellen and her studio provides was something I looked forward to, especially after a long work day. We're moving away from the Coast, otherwise I would definitely continue taking classes at Downtown Yoga. Highly recommend!"

"If you haven’t tried yoga before, take Ellen’s beginner class! She’s so welcoming and really does an amazing job of instructing yoga. She explains everything as we go and makes sure you’re comfortable and allowing yourself to take your time. Just by the second class, I felt so in tune with the movements. And the more I learn, the more amazing it gets. My muscles ache and are always so tight so now yoga has been such a great way to open all that up again. And then the challenge and relaxation all at the same time is such an experience inside and out. I see what she means when she says you can begin to crave those movements. Absolutely worth a try because each class, I find myself thinking how much I love it. Definitely going to be joining so I can experience all the instructors and their classes. I also have been to the meditation workshop and it’s wonderful. Mind, body and soul. Such a highlight to my week now. Thank you for the experiences!!"
