"I scheduled an appointment and on the day of nobody showed up to work. Or called me to reschedule. Or tell me they were running late. Sat in the parking lot for 2 hrs and nobody ever showed up. You’d think if They’d be closed that day not to schedule someone to come or atleast tell them you were gonna be closed. nobody was there when they were supposed to be open. Door was locked lights were off. Nobody called to reschedule the appointment I missed because nobody wanted to come to work that day either."

"When calling to make an appointment to reach a therapist after months of searching for one in this area, the receptionist had no customer service skills as She was condescending, rude, with a know it all, how dare you attitude. She needs to check herself as all she had to do was schedule an appointment for a therapist. I feel sorry for people who need help with a schedule from there...not schooling or chastising."

"I made an appointment here for my child. On Sept 13th. The appointment was at 2pm on a Wednesday. They called and rescheduled it to the following Wed bc of the hurricane that didnt hit. That was fine. I understand. Well, on the day of the appointment, we had personal issues (the reason why we need to go there.) The appointment was at 2. I called at twelve. No answer , figured they were at lunch. Called during the one o'clock hour and nothing up to the appointment time. Got a letter today saying that bc i didnt "call" to reschedule or cancel, that they refuse all future services to my child and suggested other places. The reason we couldn't make it is the very reason we needed to be there. After this experience, i see that its a sign that it isn't the right place for us. No compassion, understanding, or anyone picking up the phone. My child needs help. But I have found a better place and would not recommend this one."

"Therapists, are supposed to care. This office was my only chance to get help. I didn’t have any other options and they made everything difficult. I was scheduled for certain times and I would be there on the dot. When I would try to go in the door would be locked. This happened twice. They would call 20 minutes later and ask where i was. If you are going to schedule a patient for 8:15 then you and your staff need to arrive at 8:00 and get the office ready. When they called the see where I was I was told that they don’t even get there until 8:15 or 8:30, so then why not schedule patients for 8:40 or 9:00?"
