"Update: eventually received a short reply after posting this review. Counselor stated that she didn't take new couples and recommended a different therapist. I did sort of feel like I may have been passed over due to leaving this review, but at least I eventually got a "no thanks." Rating updated from 1 to 4 stars, though I still doubt I would recommend calling if there is no availability. Original review: Disappointed to write this after not ever even having gotten to see this counselor, but feel it is worth sharing my experience. My husband and I finally felt bold enough to take the steps to find a counselor and we agreed on Denyse Fegan, who came highly recommended. I tried to call by phone, and was not answered. I left a message, and never received a reply. Finally a few days later, I sent an email. After several additional days of never being contacted back, I gave up. Either the information provided here is not accurate, or this counselor does not have the courtesy or time to return calls to prospective patients. Sometimes just taking that first step is very tough for people. Ignoring their calls and messages without even responding "Hello, sorry I do not have availability at this time" or something was very discouraging. I wish I could report a better experience, or any experience at all really."
