"I had the absolute pleasure of having a one on one session with Alexius this past week and I was beyond impressed! She immediately made me feel welcome and at ease, and allowed me the flexibility to direct where I’d like the session to go, whilst also giving great instruction and different moves and combos to try. She’s very easygoing, funny and absolutely lovely, I had such a fantastic time, I can’t recommend her enough. She took the time and was very patient with me when I was struggling to get a move correctly, breaking it down bit by bit, never making me feel rushed! She says her mentality is that she doesn’t allow the word “can’t” in her studio and that definitely showed with her instruction technique, always being extremely encouraging. I had so much fun during my session but also learned a lot that I will keep with me along my pole journey.
