"Staff can't get information correct on a simple quitclaim deed to save their lives after four tries and four times telling them exactly where the errors in the LEGAL document are. Send documents to the wrong address then call and harass that they need the documents signed, notarized, and returned yesterday. Don't answer concerns about errors in the document (isn't that fraud?). I hope the attorneys in the office are more competent than their staff!"
