"This place is the THE WORST I have ever dealt with! They lie!!! If all of their conversations are recorded their clients need to listen because they are liars. They collect debt that is way to old too collect and claim they have a judgement on you were never served. I paid them off, it took a month to stop the garnishment and now I'm waiting to be reimbursed for the over payment they took out."

"I was never served the original judgement for a hospital bill that never should have gone to collections. It was mishandled from its inception. I only shockingly received a judgment for default while visiting my parents. Subsequently, a foreign judgment was filed in the state I currently live to an incorrect address. I did my due diligence and arranged to meet the “server” and immediately I filed a response with the court. I was told I would receive notice, however, there was no notice of details of the next steps. I later received a notification for a garnishment with no regard for illegally proceeding with a writ of garnishment. I will be retaining a civil litigation attorney. I will pay the amount granted in my case, but it will undoubtedly leave me destitute as I unfortunately forgot to disclose 3 other expenses during my case. I must and will advocate for myself. This is egregious."

"I received my paycheck & $397had been sent to this law firm for a 14yr old closed account with a loan company. I received no paperwork about a garnishment, No receipt that you’ve received my money: I’ve called & emailed theses people. The only response was when I first initially contacted them & nothing else. Almost a month later, after going to the loan office who had nothing on me in their system I was told that I’m paying almost $1300 more for interest of 35.75% on the $1661.03 which was paid in 2008. I really believe these peoples are scam artist. Mind you the money to the company owed to the loan company hasn’t been paid neither but I’ve paid off the garnishment, so where’s the money????"

"They ganish some one check for 3700 two years ago, paid off, Then turn around and said 8000 was found for interested feeds. Two years later for the same sectional couch set and twin mattress set . From Capitol furniture store. Come on Now Really. Someone please explain please."
