"Jeanine was ok. I got what I wanted out of this and it took a few months. I was told in the beginning that I would be charged a 5K retainer fee and whatever she didn’t use it would be given back to me. Alisha told me this. These people will bill you for anything. That is one thing they are GREAT at, BILLING! The communication is TERRIBLE. I had to make multiple phone calls and send multiple emails to even get my questions answered. I think its more about the money to them than the families they are representing. From going through this I did learn that If i ever need legal help, I’m just going to pay as I go and not pay a “retainer fee” unless I know the terms and conditions. I don’t recommend people pay a retainer fee to this firm because you will not get that back even if it doesn’t get used. They will try their best to keep it. I basically tipped these people 2k."

"I was very disappointed with service. Angela Dee's lied to me about papers she sent me to sign by fedex on Sept 17 2021 they got left at aunts. She said sign for Kaleb who my cases Derek hand off to wk before court. He was told I signed on June 17 2021. On the morning of court Sept 21 2021. I didn't sign anything but judge had some entered. It was a picture of a picture not notarized that chancery off found when opened at 8.00 am the filed at 8.04 and faxed on Sept 21 2021"
