"The staff is nice and the facility is clean. They care about fitness and have blurbs about proper eating, hydration, etc around the gym. There are some broken machines and a little rust on some of the dumbbells but this gym is 10x better than the one in Bay St Louis on Johnson Street (edit : Bay Strength & Fitness). I don’t use the pool so I can’t comment on that."
"Need to maintain machines better. Many of the elliptical machines rattle so much you have to hunt for a quiet one."

"Love Gail's swim aerobics class! Her routine is a great workout and fun, and being in the water allows me to work out with very little back orhip pain. The people in the class are wonderful. The pool is clean, and the water is not too warm after the workout. I thoroughly enjoy every single thing about going!"
