"Will not let off on a bus stop of the driver doesn’t feel like stoping and will let you off over a mile away. Don’t listen to the comments back asking you to call them it’s pointless they don’t care send you to an out of service number if you ask for a supervisor. When a supervisor finally calls you back after arguing to get the right number and leaving a message all he will do is accuse you of lying and constantly says IF something happened he will handle it. Only reason they make money is cause people depend on the bus routes. If any other affordable transportation was here they wouldn’t be able to exist with how pitiful the service is."

"My mother attends the Lyman Senior Service Center and is picked up in the morning and dropped off in the afternoon by Coast Transit Authority. This service is a blessing for the seniors of our community so that they are able to spend time with others who have their same interests and backgrounds.
