"I hired Randy Clark in 2015 to represent me in a misdemeanor traffic citation case in the city of Byram Municipal Court. When securing my business and payment he acted as if he truly would defend me. When we arrived in court he offered no defense whatsoever. He even refused to appear in all hearings. At the time, I worked as a bondsman and he often begged me to solicit business on his behalf from my bail bonding clients. Which I reluctantly did and Attorney Clark paid me a referral fee. Attorney Clark is a submissive, ill-equipped, unethical, dishonest, and immoral attorney. In 2016, I moved away from the state of Mississippi. The traffic citations that I paid Attorney Clark to defend me against, in 2015, were tried in the Byram Municipal Court in2017. I contacted Attorney Clark regarding the representation I paid him for and he threatened me by saying " I will make sure you pay or you'll end up in jail". This is from the defense attorney I hired. If you are not a white person don't expect quality representation. He is more concerned with maintaining relationships with the prosecution than defending the clients who pay him. It is unethical, malicious, discriminatory, and prejudice. All those people of non white descent, steer clear. He will take your money, offer no defense, and lie when challenged.
