"Package has been "on the truck for delivery" three days in a row. Still no package. Call it a hunch, but I don't think its on the truck. I think its just lost, or some driver's got himself a fancy new phone. But someone scanned it going on the truck. So where is it?"

"The driver dropped my package off at the wrong address. They launched an investigation, I have called several times, get the same run around. Here we are 48 hours later as they asked and I still have no updates. And Im gettung the same run around."

"Took almost three weeks before they would send our package, and today it came, The delivery driver didn't notify us that our package was here and instead of knocking on the door. He left our package on the front lawn near the walkway close to the street. I took a picture to let them know where it was located. We were home all day every day watching out for our package. If the driver had trouble with it, he could have let us know he couldn't bring it to the door. I have a two wheel dollly, so I could easily bring it up to the house, but instead, he left it where anyone could have taken it. I'm not happy with the delivery at all! After we brought the package inside the house, this package was damaged inside with the white foam that was supposed to keep it from damage it was in pieces, and we had one of the sides of the cabinet cracked. That definitely made up my mind that I never want to use their resources again."

"This Gulfport fed ex location has very bad delivery skills. My package was “out for delivery” for 3 days! Still got nothing! Be honest with us-if it’s not coming today-then don’t say it is!!! I filed formal complaint with Fed Ex. Personally, FED UP WITH FED EX. If you are a delivery company, then deliver! Do better."

"I've never had issues with FedEx until using ground to deliver in Gulfport. My package was posted as "arrived at Gulfport facility" then 5 days go by without delivery.. I have a friend check into it who works in FedEx and he was told the package was noted as "damaged" and then destroyed.. Why does this location have so many issues with missing packages? Read the long list of reviews. FedEx should do something about this location because of the massive amounts of fraudulent activity. Such a joke."
