"I've been here for 10 years. It is a great company! You are not a number here. I know every single person that works here, including the owners. The ones leaving a one star review are mostly steering wheel holders and don't really want to work. They don't ask much from you, take care of the equipment, PU and del on time, leave out when you are supposed to...basically do the job you are getting paid to do. There are plenty of miles here. I average around 2500-2800 per week. I have done as much as 3900."
"My guy worked there and never got any miles. Said lowest pay in the industry, .51 cpm and would find any way possible to keep you from getting miles or paying layover or breakdown pay. Owners are disconnected from drivers, they just want to get rich off drivers."
"Truck number 3572L. And trailer 534924. Just about ran us off the road and then began to call us names. And was cussing us. They will just hire anyone. And they want answer the phone"
"Current employee. I’ll start out by saying I have no problems with most of the people or the atmosphere however there are some constant issues that only seem to ever be resolved in a fight for it to be by the driver. Dispatch manager is constantly refusing to pay any layover, detention or breakdown pay owed while paying other drivers without discrimination. Been one lie after another. When confronted with the very “policy” he has misspoke of and lied of multiple times concerning some of this due pay he suddenly finds a new “reason” stating no breakdown pay at home base per owner which is also against typed policy (or not stated). Drivers policy book does not match the policies I’ve had stated to me via text. (Have proved lies) I ran a hard nearly eight months taking little time off here and there and when I ran into a breakdown issue (received no breakdown pay) followed immediately by an emergency heath issue with my father that resulted in a total of two weeks off my job was threatened and they wanted to take my new truck from me that had been broke half this time and in shop. Not to mention I was asked to drive with a brake failure that was an obvious dot violation. I had a brake locking up with a bad sensor and ABS codes on dash and their fix was to reset the codes (knowing that’s a temporary disguise) and ask me to take a load risking my license and csa score. When I denied and let them know I know the rules they had truck fixed. I was recently charged for being told I could deadhead home from nearby after waiting 6 hours for a load. Claimed out of route miles. How can it be out of route when told ok to come home and no load or route dispatched on?? My reason for this review is to show complete transparency as a driver for this company, to warn others before coming and to show the discrimination if your not liked or you hold them accountable. I was an advocate for this company not long ago however after taking many other closed door meetings and calls/text to just be paid and treated fairly with no definite resolve I unfortunately say look elsewhere at this time. Maybe it’s the hard times in trucking this day in time causing them to discriminate and make up reasons not to pay fairly, maybe it’s something personal, I don’t know. Again current employee unless they see this and discriminate further by terminating without just cause. Signed Scott."
"You're driver was on Highway 29 in Georgia today (5-23-23) at 11am. He was weaving in and out of heavy traffic without signaling. He was following dangerously close to me and many other vehicles. During road construction the speed limit was 55 he was going at least 70 while continuing to change lines erratically. Once he noticed I was taking pictures he decided to back dramaticly. This is obviously dangerous and should be addressed immediately considering the severity of the situation."
