"I have been using Postal Plus for YEARS and they are always polite, courteous and helpful. They consistently ensure my shipments are done the most economic way possible while still meeting my delivery schedule needs. THANKS Postal Plus!!"
"I have always been a fan of small family owned businesses and this one is amazing! Every time I walk in I have no idea what Im doing or the correct packaging I need and they are always able to help me, but most importantly with a great attitude and great customer service! It's convenient because I do not have to go to multiple places including US Post office, UPS or FED EX. They do it all! They always do what is best for the customer and that includes finding the most efficient and cheapest way to send off my mail! Thanks for all you do!"
"I see 5 new positive reviews in less than 12 hours not too long after I posted my review. Four reviews at 8 hours and one review at 12 hours. That dynamic doesn't happen with a small business. I'm going to mention the positives about this business first. The mailing service they provide is outstanding. They get right after it. It does cost quite a bit more than the postal service, but the short wait times are well worth it. Part of service that a business provides a customer is the environment. Before I arrived at this business on 5/5/2022 I had entered two other businesses in the area. They were nice and (very typically) cool inside. A DEFINITE positive part of customer service. I came into Postal Plus and I immediately felt that the temperature was too hot. I mentioned something to the woman behind the counter and she said "we wear sweaters". She also said "we were almost closed and we thought nobody would show up". That's not how customer service works. You should provide FULL customer service right up until closing time which also includes the customer's environment. That is NOT debatable. The temperature/ environment also encompasses your customers. You can wear a sweater to stay warm, but customers can't take off their garments to cool down. The other employee (owner?) then said "we were almost closed so I turned off the air conditioner". I came into this business at about 5:12PM. They close at 5:30PM. Almost closed would be at about 5:28PM. The air conditioner should be on until 5:30PM and/ or until the last customer leaves the business even if it might be after 5:30PM. A transaction might run past closing time. There was a little negativity when I mentioned that I would post a review on Google related to my experience with their business today. Turning off the air conditioner EARLY has nothing to do with a "family" type feel especially if a customer mentioned that the environment is too hot. Another customer came in shortly after I did. People are afraid to complain or create conflict. She might have also felt too hot, but did not want to complain to make waves. Men do run hotter than women in general. You know INSTANTLY when you walk into a business and it's NICE and cool in the hotter months. Super professional, kind, nice and sensitive to your customers when businesses offer cool temperatures right up UNTIL CLOSING TIME. Why not say "I'm sorry" and turn the air conditioner back on when a customer mentions that it's too warm in your business? Not turning the air conditioner back on tells me that YOU don't care about (ME), your customers or my comfort in your business. Customers FIRSTLY."
