"Park on the shoulder...Check-in begins at 15:45...TAKE YOUR HI-VIZ VEST! Walk your paperwork to the guard shack. Fill out the paper, check-in, then return to your truck. Wait for a call with your door assignment. Once you get that, pull down to the guard shack and they will check your seal. Back in, slide your tandems, wait for your lumper text, pay it, then play the waiting game. Once you get the call, return to the guard shack for your paperwork. The guards were cool, but the waiting is ridiculous. I would have given a higher rating but I had 3 pallets and waited for 5 hours...bring a snack or take a nap, you'll be there a while."

"I was dreading my delivery here after reading the reviews but it wasn't bad at all. I got here at 1730 for a 1900 appt. I parked on the street and walked to guard shack like the reviews suggested. Checked in and was told to wait in truck for a call. At 1800 phone rings and was told to dock. Guys started unloading right away. Its 1900 now and im just waiting for dispatch to pay lumper fees. Only reason I'm giving 4 instead of 5 is because the docks are incredibly tight when they don't need to be. They have trailers dropped 15 to 20 ft away in front of every dock taking up space. But even so it's still doable. Just annoying."

"Literally a joke. Been here since 4pm got a door about 8. Still in a door and trailer was only half full for these guys to deliver. Less than 8 pallets. But yet takes forever to unload. Literally have been on 20 times in the 3 hours been sitting in a door. Prime showed up 40 kins after I was in a door. He was fully loaded. They unloaded his trailer and he left bout a hour ago. This place has piss poor management. And unloaders. No way it should take this long to unload 8 pallets"

"Be ready to wait. Best way in is off I55 exit 42, left on Industrial Way, go across overpass and RR tracks then left on manufacture blvd. Plenty of parking on street. Evening check-in 1545, door at 1930, unloading 2115-2230 (12 pallets), pay $285 to CAPSTONE mafia thieves, bills at 2330. Ridiculous amount of wait time. Only reason 2 stars is everyone friendly and overnight parking on street. Big lot, easy docking, Porta-potty on site, no vending."

"Owners*** they use CAPSTONE LOGISTICS to do their loading and unloading. That means they hire felons, and crackheads who will work for $10 bucks an hour and take 3 hours to unload 1 truck. Don’t take loads here. 8-10 hour waits— MINIMUM! I got here 11am for a 6pm appointment. It’s 9pm I’m still here. I wish someone had mentioned capstone in the previous reviews so I would reject this load. The guards are nice but that’s cuz they don’t work for capstone. Avoid capstone places. Just look at the workforce pay attention who they hire at their facilities that’s what you can expect to get as service too. The more good people who refuse these loads the better this market will get"
