"Bad service. Rude owners"

"I hurt my back very bad and after all the years I've went to Dr. Sandifer when I needed it the most I called and the first time the phone hung up while I was talking so I called back and asked for an appointment, after a long silence she responded, "we don't have any openings right now" so I asked when i could possibly come after another long silence she said "I'm sorry but there are no openings for today" I don't feel like I should have to beg for an appointment especially when I'm hurting like this! To top everything off I asked my sister "who suggested I should go there again" to call and ask for an appointment and when she did she was told "sure come on in at 1:30" so I guess you find out who isn't really there for you when you need it!"

"The lady at the front desk was extremely rude to my grandmother, she hurt her back and was going to call in for an appointment and the lady said we don’t have any openings today and kept acting like there was no way she could get an appointment, she asked her sister who goes there regularly to call in for an appointment shortly after and she was told to come in that afternoon, my grandmother has went there for years and brought me and my brothers there since I was a young child, Dr. Sandifer has always been very nice but no one deserves to be treated like they are having to beg for a appointment when they can’t even walk around the house!"
