"Fed Ex used to be my favorite delivery service because they were reliable and had great drivers who cared about delivering your packages with care. That has changed. The drivers now would just toss the package out from the road if they could get away with it. They do just as bad at my house. I live in a rural area and my home is about 50 ft. from the road. My packages are never brought to the door, the porch or the steps to the porch. Instead they are left out down the driveway on top of old car that does not run and is just sitting on the side of the driveway close to the road. Or they will put a package on the back railing of my husband's truck. This is nice advertisement for someone to pull in my driveway and snatch the package without me ever knowing it was delivered. Let alone that a package could also sit out there for a day or two without being noticed. Rain would ruin some items. It would certainly sink through a cardboard box. I have asked one of the drivers to please bring my packages to my porch. She said that whenever that dog is loose she won't go up there. I told her the dog is never loose and on a lead that doesn't even reach to the house, let alone the back porch. She copped an attitude, turned around and left. What a smart-a**!! I wish more companies gave you an option of which carrier you want to deliver your packages. Fed Ex surely would not be my vote. It is also useless to call and try and get help. This location needs to we swept clean and some people hired that knows how to run the show with some customer service! One star...would be ZERO if I had the choice!"

"Unfortunately, 2 stars r for the representatives trying to help me. Again, another poor rating for FedEx ground service located in McComb, Mississippi. This time, it was Friday, and my package was out for delivery, according to my FedEx tracker. Well, toward mid-day, it changed to delayed. The response was unable to locate the address. This is one of the many listed reasons they give you when they don't feel like delivering to your location. Let me explain. First, they have used this excuse before on another delivery. I live in a rural area on a dirt road approx. 2 miles. I am always the last drop-off before they return to McComb. That's why when I received the tracker message at approximately 2 p.m., I knew it was a lie because I was home all day. Now I needed the package that day, because I was going out of town. The company paid for overnight delivery, which, of course, it didn't happen. Now I had to drive 1 hr to McComb and 1 hr back to make sure I had the package for the next day. Now, I did learn while I was at the McComb facility that their drivers are contractors who are not employees of FedEx. The supervisor for FedEx has to contact their supervisor to make a complaint or try to communicate with the driver. I will say that a FedEx employee did attempt to contact the contractor supervisor, but to no avail (didn't answer after several attempts) go figure. It was Friday. Greed to cut spending has taken over customer service."

"Several lost packages with a proof picture not even of my house plus not even a package in the picture, it's like a random pic. Late deliveries as well. Customer service can not do anything. I will never allow any company to send me anything by federal express and if that's all they use then I won't buy from that company."

"Was expecting package today. Said driver attempted delivery at 6:05p.m. Well we are sitting here on the porch and have been for awhile no one ever came here from Fed ex. Call 1 800 number they say they cannot connect me with McComb location. I have never seen such unprofessional behavior. Driver to lazy to make the delivery so they lie about attempting it. As many packages I have delivered they know where I am. Very disappointed."
