"I saw Ashley Pruitt at this office. She does an outstanding job has great bedside manners she professional and very efficient in what she does. When I first began coming to her. I wasn't in a very good place in my life. I Was going through menopause and a lot of other things coupled with that such death in the family ailing parents job Stress! But It wasn't long before she put me on medication and I started to feel a lot better week by week month by month. I give her credit for making my marriage stronger and my hubby and l closer! she pays attention to the VERY small details and I like that."

"**AVOID** You’re not a patient, you’re pure profit*** Not very pleased at all with my experience. Let me start off by saying I have federal Blue Cross Blue Shield Insurance and I was denied my visit due to not agreeing to pay the full office visit amount which was nearly $400 out of pocket. Not sure what insurance fraudulent activity they are pursuing. I missed my college course which is vital to the program I am enrolled in to attend this visit. Upon the initial visit, you sign paperwork stating you will be fined upon no call, no show etc. It is evident, they only care about money, their benefit and the profit you can bring. This is a mental health facility and due to my inability to pay I was unable to attend my visit. My time, gas and class were all effected due to their argument about my insurance. This is the problem with healthcare. It is all about making a buck in today’s society. I understand, there is profit to be made but, I have never had someone tell me I needed to pay that much out of pocket. Mind you, I’ve been to specialist numerous times and my max copay for the last 19 years was $45 at most. They stated they “don’t bill out” and insisted I pay the full amount. With that being said, what if this visit was someone’s last hope for help theoretically speaking and they were denied due to inability to pay? What if that person ultimately went through with their suicidal plan? Figuratively speaking, that is a possibility that can happen anytime someone walks through the door. I would avoid this place as I learned today, you are a dollar and not a patient. It is care providers such as this that ruin treatment and the medical field in general. Not only did they fail me as the patient, but they just insured why people do not seek help anymore. Surely, there is better practices than MindFull in Florence MS. Save your time, your money and please seek elsewhere if you need treatment where they will view you as a patient and work with your insurance and ability to pay."
