"My wife and I have been H&R block customers, at Keesler AFB for many years. Up until a couple of years ago, the service has been good! (NOT GREAT), but good. Last year, we had our appointment bumped to a different time. We understand things happen, and we went ahead with it. This year, we had a date/time booked, and confirmed. We moved our schedules around, and were happy. Well, history sure repeats itself with this place, as 2 hours later, our appointment time was moved, then, the next day, the date was pushed back a week. I tried calling them, but they never answered their phone. If this is the way they treat steady, repeat customers, then we are never going back to H&R block. I contacted another tax preparer, and immediately got an appointment for the date/time that works for us. The actions by H&R block is extremely unprofessional, and we are never going to use them ever again!"

"The computer systems were so slow when we were signing our documents that the time it took to even complete the operation was ridiculous. You need to upgrade your systems and give your pro's better computers! My tax person never contacted me and was not the person that reviewed everything with us. The price we are charged for filing taxes with a standard deduction was ATROCIOUS! Your prices are so ridiculously high that I will be forced to find a new accountant for next year. I just can't believe how much the prices go up every year and we ALWAYS take the standard deduction. Seriously! $500 to file??????"
