"No Shadow banning! After spending an extended time working with Anne Sinclair, I was terminated without cause. I may never know the truth of why this happened, but I can state that Anne treated me in a manner that was unprofessional, uncaring and unkind. I had thought the work we did together was helpful, but I was told I was wrong, The mindCares website says they offer compassion without judgement, but this was totally lacking from Anne. If you decide to work with her, be very cautious, for what you say may be shared with others without your permission and used against you. When someone with whom you share all the intimate details of your life with tells you that they no longer care about you and that you don’t matter, then you are in a difficult place."

"Booked my appointment and they said they accepted my insurance got there they could not figure it out. I talked to my insurance they said they cover 2 therapist there and not Germany(name of my therapist i was given). Mindcares told me they would call and get her on my insurance i paid 120$ they never called me back or refunded me despite my regular checking up on them. I was supposed to pay my co pay of 35$."
