"Got a notification that my package was delivered only to see on the picture that it wasn’t my house I called and started a claim not much of a update 2 hours pass and still not a update FedEx driver comes and pulls up and just sits here I got up since he didn’t get out only for me to get near he pulls off this is horrible I bought an iPad since I’m starting back into school this is ridiculous and disappointing."

"This has been the worst experience ever ! My device was expected on 10/5/23, I received a message that fedex made a delivery attempt. Nobody ever showed up at my house, I wfh and also have a camera outside. I was also told that it would be delivered the following day, and still nothing, my package status has not changed since, just sitting in transit. FedEx has no answers to what is going on. It’s looking as if my device has possibly been stolen. It should be a way to contact the warehouse instead of the customer service who is absolutely no help !"

"Three packages stolen in the past 10 years. Thanks a lot chumps. If you guys can't keep track of your sticky hands thieving workers you guys are about to go bankrupt. GET. MY. PACKAGE. Someone signed for it, "K.LOS." we've had two phones stolen and a game keyboard. You people are despicable. How do you even live with yourselves? Fire the people stealing stuff. Or the people will just start driving their own stuff."

"In the past three weeks FedEx says they can’t find my address. We have been in our place for three years and in that time they have delivered many packages. When they “contract out” their drivers now my packages aren’t delivered. I called the Pearl location 10 times in one week to reassure staff that my address was indeed correct. The two packages were never delivered, the contracted out driver never called my number to verify my info and the packages were eventually returned to the shipper. Pretty pathetic and frustrating. Our UPS guy is awesome and never has any issue and DHL even finds us!"

"I received a message saying they tried to deliver but "business was closed". I live in a house, and I do not own a business. Then I received another message saying they will "try again to deliver tomorrow". Once again, no delivery. Tried calling, and it was all automated. Then received another message saying, "package in transit", I didn't know if that meant back to my address, or back to seller. Waited all day long...AGAIN. It was FINALLY delivered at 8PM on the 3rd day! I waited at home for 3 entire days for my delivery (it needed a signature). FedEx needs to update their phones, so a person is there to answer any questions. VERY disappointed with this delivery."
