"Driver of truck #27 never stopped at the stop sign and proceed to fly out into traffic. Blew my horn at him seeing I about ran into his trailer because of it. Driver then decided to wave me off like it was no big deal and told me it was my fault. Sounds like they need to invest in some new drivers to make sure the cargo gets to where its going safely."
