"I remember when this building housed the Old Courthouse Gym. It has since been transformed into a gym mecca! The updates to the building are phenomenal! The upgrades including the Arnold Room and the Sorinex Room are top notch! This gym caters to athletes in all walks of life (weight training, HIIT classes, indoor pool, batting cages, cheer for your cheerleader athletes, AND recovery machines)! Plus, this gym offers indoor triathlon training once a month for beginners or veteran triathletes! This gym is the premier gym in the area. Drop what you are doing and head down to check it out!
