"My son was treated horribly by the first mate and other team members on the boat; they then dismissed him from the boat 2 days before the end of tour and fired him for "not catching on" fast enough...no training provided by the company before putting a 19 year old kid on a brand new boat. In the middle of the tour, he called home for moral support and came back with a new, motivated positive attitude . As a result, they then accused him of being on drugs and tested him 3 separate times...all of which he passed. When I spoke to one of the supervisors, he was rude, cold and took the side of the captain vs hearing my sons experience. Very much the "good ol boy" atmosphere we were warned about. The family that owns this company should be ashamed of the entire management team and the people they have working out there."
