"EVERY FedEx package I receive is delayed 3-14 days for no reason. I never know when my packages will arrive from there. I try to never ship via FedEx, but sometimes it isn’t an option. I have called customer support and reported it multiple times. I never had problems with FedEx until I moved here and they started coming from the Leland hub. I would give it less than 1 star if I could."

"The site is saying the place of business is closed in fact the address that is supposed to be delivered to is a residence. Where in the hell do you get these incompetent drivers from who can't read. smh it's a difference between Str And Ave."

"this place is absolutely horrible when it comes to the service in our area.. they are some of the laziest people out there and really only go to “work” just for the money and don’t realize people need their packages.. not only that but they also don’t even put effort into delivering your package and somehow they end up “lost” at this location? my package has been out for delivery for 3 days now.. (it’s an expensive laptop) and fedex reached out to this location and the response i got back was “it’s a van issue” . how is that supposed to help me know what happened with my package? it’s a $400 laptop. there’s absolutely no way it’s a van issue. they lost it. i see fed ex trucks pass by my house and don’t even stop at my house. this facility is overall the worst in the area and if you could please use a different carrier. absolutely horrible and lazy, i’ll make sure to use ups or usps next time."

"Absolutely the worst customer service, and most incompetent, lazy drivers around. Thus far I have had the following issues with this hub, all of which were caught on my home cameras or shown in their own delivery photos... -Packages thrown in the air, across the driveway & into a puddle -Packages illegally delivered to my USPS mailbox -Packages left out in the middle of the driveway or left on top of vehicles out in the driveway -Packages delivered to the completely wrong address (luckily we have nice neighbors) -Drivers honking at us to come outside and get the package from them at the end of the drive, because they refuse to leave their truck The list goes on. I filed complaints with FedEx because of the issue like this, and now the manager Warren has told corporate they refuse to deliver my packages any longer because we have a dog outside. A dog that is on an electric fence/collar, and a dog that we have video/photo of them being around just this past week without any issues. All of a sudden my dog is the cause for all of these problems, how convenient for Warren & his drivers now that they've received complaints. Warren refuses to assist in getting packages delivered to another address, refuses to help in getting the packages held for pickup in a timely manner, stating he can't do any of these things. Not sure what they have a manager for if they can't manage to actually resolve anything, and instead just blame their own customers for their incompetency. I'm now stuck with having to wait even more time to receive packages because they just choose when they do & don't want to do their jobs. Clearly it's more of the don't lately. I have wasted hours and hours of my time going back and forth with their support, all to get absolutely nowhere and have Warren just make excuses to further delay me getting my packages they were paid to deliver. This hub needs a refresh all around."
