EVERYTHING Lashunta Clark has posted about Mrs. Moss; financial discrepancies pertaining to individual insurance has nothing to do with the quality of speech services she provides and as a special education teacher that works alongside such therapists daily, she is the.BEST I've ever known With that, Mrs. Moss has been servicing my daughter with Autism for about 6 months and hasn't missed a beat. She is professional, personal, and very pleasant. She spends the entirety of each session focusing on skills my daughter, currently in 8th grade, struggles with and provides a thorough report to me after each session on the progress she made for the day. She has always been upfront with the costs, which is really reasonable for all she does and has always kept me updated on any changes that occur financially, which have never been much. I love the fact that she makes it convenient too by servicing her clients in the comfort of their homes. I would recommend her 100 times over for the sincerity, patience, and help she shows my daughter. Thank you Mrs. Bianca for your Howse of Speech!"
"She doesn't give a straight answer on prices, I asked several times for exact price. Expensive if not covered by insurance. $75 for 1hr....You have to add a card for payments, don't care what you got going on and just run your card. All over the place, went back and added additional fees and took money off my card. Not satisfied with services at all. Was billing me and stated insurance was applying my payments towards deductible when I was paying her. She was billing my insurance as well."
