"This is a 24 hour co-ed gym. This gym doesn't have much room. But, it has a lot of heart. Should you decide to get a trainer here. You will not be disappointed. They are motivating without demeaning you. The trainers will develop a personalized plan for you including exercise and diet while allowing your input. They are encouraging without being a drill sergeant. Now don't get it twisted, you will be challenged and pleased with your efforts. Don't waste your time or money if you're not ravenous for a change. You only get out what you put in. Just try it!!! Do something positive for yourself..."
