"I come in this UPS store often, mostly to return things and it never fails how kind every employee is. Seems that James helps me more often than others so give that man a raise because I'm difficult to deal with some times. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Thanks yall"

"I literally left there this morning CRYING due to the "manger/owner"(not sure if this is a franchise or corporate owned store) but I left a package Fri (12/23) to be shipped to my only granddaughter in Knoxville for Christmas and of course understood it would not arrive until after Christmas (that was all on me, cuz didn't have $$ to send it any sooner) but I had been checking on line to see it's progress and kept getting "there are no details or cannot FIND any details about this tracking number " so I went this morning (12/27) in person to ask about it and the sweet black lady who had helped me Fri was attempting to look it up and assist me, when this completely cold hearted and just as cold sounding "man" just said "look, you don't need to worry about it!" And i was literally so SHOCKED that he had just basically shut me down and UP, that I just started walking BACKWARDS AWAY from him, but TOWARDS the DOOR with my EYES on him the entire time (was that intimidated and frightened by him) that I did NOT want to turn my back on him!! And as I was reaching for the door all I could think to say was "I'm sorry!" And I got to my car as quickly as I could but was shaking All over and bawling!! Cuz not only was I terrified, but as a matter of fact, I was ABSOLUTELY WORRIED, about my package and now even more so cuz of his refusal to help me! Total nightmare of an experience and for absolutely NO REASON!!! IT WAS LIKE HE HATED ME FROM THE SECOND I WALKED IN?! but for the life of me i have NO IDEA WHY?! AND THAT was the really TERRIFYING PART, he seemed to be just pure evil!! I WILL NEVER GO BACK or even walk past his store again, he gave me that bad of a creepy, evil feeling!! Stay away from this person , something is NOT RIGHT!!"
