"I pulled up literally 1 minute until close but the young lady was already locking the door. I made verbal contact with her as she was having a hard time locking the doors but instead of saying, "I'm sorry, ma'am, we are closed." She snickers and literally takes off running into the store. This tells me that the registers were already shut down and she had made the determination to not be helpful despite talking to me. What a shame."

"I know we’ve all seen a review that starts with if I could give zero stars, I would. Well, if I could give them ZERO STARS, I would. They have extremely poor customer service, they never answer the phone, I’ve been calling numerous times a day for a week! It’s ridiculous. My mom was able to pick up my packages, but they never checked her identification! She tried to offer it to UPS employee and she rudely ignored my mom. Who owns this establishment and why are they allowing it to suck so bad? I will not be using them again! UPS in D’Iberville is so much better and they’re not even professional! Atleast they acknowledge you and answer their phones and your questions!"

"I usually deal with the store in Hardy Court shopping center but I was in the area and had an Amazon return. $7.50 to print an Amazon return label?? You have got to be kidding me! That is insane! It’s $2.14 at the UPS store in Hardy Court shopping center. I’ll just continue to give them my business."

"If I could give this store and manger zero stars, I definitely would! They don't deserve the one star! The manger was extremely rude,to the point that I felt completely attacked. Tried to overcharge $47.00 for a box and when I confirmed with my home store, started screaming they were a franchise and he could charge whatever he wanted! The other employee that was there looked completely terrified of the manager! I will never go back to this store,extremely unprofessional and crazy as hell. If u want good service with friendly employees DON'T go here! Went to another ups not far from here and got correct pricing and very friendly service. I posted a receipt from the other store just to prove my point!"
