"Terrible service, my taxes sat "at the front desk" incomplete for almost 2 weeks. Noone would return my call until i got upset on the phone. Now theyve messed up my banking information and wont call me back. After i paid a ton for them to do my taxes. Worst experience ever its been one issue after the other. and ive been using h&r block for 15 years."

"Always fast and friendly. Easy to schedule and reschedule appointments. They let my son come with me as a walk in. It's still a little expensive compared to turbotax I wish the price was about 100 bucks cheaper"

"i went in to do my taxes the lady at the front desk was rude plus the lady filing my taxes seemed like she rushed through it didnt ask about anything and was rude to me and my spouse i have gone there for last three years and this is first time i was treated like this . i almost went next door to jackson hewitt but i was already signing stuff she really didnt explain anything at all and i wasnt given any options at all i feel like i could of had alot better service! this will probably be my last year going to H&R block bay st louis office"
