"Nothing other to say than working out here changes my life! I was always under the impression that I could maintain a healthy lifestyle without help. I was wrong. I finally signed up at Guruz and the private sessions and nutritional education helped me lose 50 lbs and counting! The staff and trainers (Lacee was my personal trainer) actually care about their clients. It’s not like a membership at the YMCA or LA Fitness. When you sign up the trainers make an investment in you. They work with each individual to help achieve their goals and fullest potential. I recommend this studio to anyone that wants to see actual sustainable results. You get out what you put in and they help you to stay motivated to put in all of the effort you can. If I could give this 10 stars I would! It will change your life too!"
