"Z Trip is NOT a reliable car service. Regardless of when you schedule service (I scheduled car service to the airport more than 24 hours before my travel date), a confirmation from this business ONLY means it is confirmed in its system, not that a driver will arrive at the scheduled time. This isn't clear until a driver doesn't arrive at the scheduled time and you miss your flight, appointment, event, etc. Don't expect any accountability or customer service, either. Some locations may be better than others, but ZTrip Birmingham, including its dispatcher, has to be among the worst. If you need reliability, look elsewhere."

"I can't give a rating because I've yet to use this business. But had car 1055 stopped in the road. the driver got out stood between the driver door & took a leak. Just stood there on 26 street gpt at 10:55am & went pee! Right in front of North gulfport Dialysis! There are 3 Gass stations within 2 blocks of each other."
