"Poor customer service, rude employee Mz Watson and Anthony was rude and the store owner was there and didn’t say a word. The employee asked me to get up so she could sit down and what I do every day lol. I will not be using this location anymore. Sad to say but This establishment is a bob and never experienced bad customer at any other ups stores."

"The staff and owner of this location went far and away above the normal level of customer service anyone would expect to assist in fixing an emergency my company had. The level of grace and assistance that was provide was incredible. I can't recommend this store enough. Unbelievable."

"Do not go there to Notarize your papers. A notary is notarizing making sure that the person signing the document has if and they confirm the signature. This notary and she’s the owner Ms Michelle said if your document has blank like my car power of attorney I didn’t have the car info and since my company owns the car then it should have my company info. I didn’t know which company owned the car so the chancery clerk said to notarize my signature and once I had the vin # to tak it to her and she could give me the information. Well Ms Michelle wanted me to put my name where my company info was supposed to go. She said she can’t notarized it with the blanks and is trying to tell me that she can’t notarize it if it’s not filled out. She tried to tell me how to fill it and it was wrong but worst she signed the document and wouldn’t stamp it so I had to go get another form. She’s not an attorney yet acts like she is. Wasted my time because a notary is just notarizing my signature. She’s not trained to be legal nor should she be reading my document in its entirety."
