"Wouldn't cash my husband's workman's comp insurance payroll check from Wells Fargo, because it was signed and they apparently couldn't verify. Very rude, antagonistic woman. This is the 6th time in several years and not once have they ever been able to cash a check; even a standard payroll check. Now I have to drive to the nearest Wells Fargo over 1 1/2 hours away"
"Staff always very friendly. Be prepared for 30 minutes to an hour wait. No fault of the staff but the computer equipment is dated and slow which causes long waits if more than 2 customers. Older building with no restrooms."
