"My firm needed a claim served in the area, and decided to use Professional Process Servers. Despite the COVID-19 situation, they were still up and running. The staff were friendly and took the time to understand what was required, since they were dealing with unfamiliar procedures. Not to mention they served the defendants on the first try and filled in the paperwork perfectly. Now..if there was just one thing that they could improve on...it would be for them switch to a payment processor that accepts cards from outside the US just in case someone from an international firm needs to make a payment via credit card (Paypal would be a great and simple option - perhaps in addition to what they already have). However, thankfully I had a US-based credit card that I was able to use. Overall, I would definitely recommend their services."
