"Had an appointment at 1300.. was there at 1230 to fill out paperwork.. 1345, went and asked what was taking so long as my husband and I saw 3 other people go before me… was (very rudely) told I could reschedule. Waited 3 weeks for this appointment and was very dissatisfied and disappointed with the customer care and total disregard of my health. My husband will be reaching out to the director of this facility…"

"Delivered all 5 of my kids. Meet him in 2004 when I became pregnant with my very first child at age 17. He made me feel comfortable and I could trust him as far as the advice he would give me at all of my appointments. Also, he really made my pregnancy a piece of cake. I literally felt no extreme pain at all. Even when I became pregnant with my 2nd son at age 21 I was informed that there were complications occuring within my pregnancy and Guedon stayed on top of it during my entire journey to motherhood. My son was delivered at 37 weeks. He was healthy and everything went smoothly. My last child had a white spot on her heart muscle which indicated that she possibly will be born with Down Syndrome. Guedon refered me to an excellent doctor in Jackson, Ms who treated me so nice. Unfortunately my daughter was born with her cord wrapped around her neck twice and Guedon stayed on top the entire pregnancy. He sent nurses to do extra things for me and honestly, my pregnancy was a blast!!!! Guedon gently unwrapped my baby's cord from around her neck, cut my cord and handed me my healthy baby girl who was 6pounds 1 ounce. Natchez Ms residents are blessed to have such wonderful Doctor and nurses. If I was blind and couldn't see anything at all, I'd still choose Doctor Guedon with my walking stick & my shades held high with honor. He's such a wonderful person."

"I Really enjoyed my first visit to the women's health center, everyone seem to be really professional. However, when I called to reschedule an appointment I did not like how I was spoken to by the Phone receptionist. She was extremely rude everything she said was as if she hated life. well, I differently got the brunt end of her bad day. She also had me wait on hold for almost ten minutes before I finally decided to hang up and call back. (Someone answered right away) I Did not get the name of the last person I spoke to, but when I called back, Crystal answered (not sure if this was the same person) I told her my concern with the last person I spoke to, she said nothing but "It could have been anyone," as if this is normal, and nothing else. I'm a very easy going person and don't let much bother me. This is actually my very first negative google review I've ever left. EVER! I understand life and work gets stressful, but I do not however understand how anyone would want someone answering or talking to customer in such a way. I answer phones myself for customers in my employment, I would NEVER speak to my customers like this, its unprofessional and unnecessary. Hopefully, no one else gets treated as such."
