"I have been calling the clinic for 3 weeks straight trying to get Whatever information I can get, with no response. This is very unprofessional and distasteful not to have gotten a slightest phone call or even an email regarding my questions and concerns. I am pregnant and to see that no one has even given me a call back in 3 weeks with me going up to the clinic as well with no help is very disappointing. My last call was today and I explained to the front desk worker my concerns and she still transferred me to someone who didn’t answer and has failed to call back. Sad to say that no one at this clinic could give me answers. Very disappointed and very distasteful. I love Dr. Sullivan despite this. She’s the best. Her staff however is not."
