"For some reason this place is great. The interior recently got a nice and needed face lift, the food is pretty good. The gumbo is ON POINT!! The service is up and down though. You'll either get a nice happy gal or grumpy one who doesn't like people. Either way I still come back and enjoy every bit of Gold Post!!"
"This is an awesome place to eat. Cleanest restaurant I’ve seen in years!!! I mean it. Restaurants now are so dirty but this one was clean through out. The windows were spotless. The bathrooms was unbelievably clean and when we first walked in you could smell the cleaning products. Hamburger and fries was good and I love their drink cups. This will now be our place to eat when we go thru Hattiesburg. Will tell family and friends . Whoever the manager is, they are doing their job!"
"We had the daily special, which the Saturday we ere there was a bacon, cheese burger. Very good. I substituted onion rings for the French fries. There were big tvs with football on. Newly enovated and pleasant atmosphere. They had a kids menu and plate lunches, too."
