Kemper Life - Natchez

"Union National Life and fire Company (Kemper life) is one of the worst Insurance Company a person can deal with it's very unprofessional the ladies sit in the office they don't do their job I went to the office to cancel my insurance last year in February and the lady told me everything was completed a year later found out they still taking out insurance out of my checking account I had three different policy and I close one policy I remember signing the papers but they misplaced the paper now they telling me they don't have no way of proving find the papers they can't find the paper and now blaming me I had insurance with them for over 25 years I'm done with them 0 star"

"I needed a Declarations page for a personal reason. I was grilled as to why I needed it, where was my payment book, etc. Then they pulled it up, told me how much I paid every month (as if I didn't know this already), told me they had to order a paper because they couldn't print one or email one. There is no online access to any paperwork, you're just going by what they say. I have several policies with them, but my policy only says "fire". Unprofessional office people, snide and rude. I've had five agents since I have had them, they just seem to disappear and then want to rush you to pay them. Having to wait 14 business days for a piece of paper is absurd, especially when it doesn't take them 14 business days to run my check."

"Job is stressful and management is crooked and lie too much! If your debit is in an area that money dont flow, you will fail. The office steals money, and withhold valuable info until its too late. They are no help and basically let you drown. This is the worst company ive ever worked for, if you thinking about working here tell them explain contract in detail. They barely train you at all management is the worst even the dm is on nonsense"

"Highly unprofessional and the representative in Ferriday, J. David was a direct reflection of that. The Natchez office was helpful, but if a first impression means anything to you, then you may want to consider shopping around."
