"The new manager they have now is horrible. He is not professional at all. Will leave very harassing voicemails. I refuse to do any business with him. I will only do business with the other employees. I will never get another loan from them. And would not suggest anyone else to. Unless you like being harassed everyday."
"The manager (Luceen, sp?) is nice; will help you get back in good standing with your loan if you fall behind and is reasonable. The other employees (usually a Kenny or Kenneth) call continuously no matter if you made a payment a week prior or not, even when you've asked them to stop calling and have things sitiated with the manager."
