Cuccia Health Institute

"I live in Utah where I recently had a serious health condition where I was specifically recommended to buy from Cuccia's website a bottle of Elyte Sport concentrate, which is an electrolite concentrate. I went to the site where I found a 33.8oz bottle for 25.00. They had smaller 16oz bottles (of non-sport) for the same price. I questioned the receptionist that I would be getting the 33.8oz bottle and she confirmed with a "yes". A week later I got a 16oz bottle of non sport. I called to find out what happened. I was told they no longer sell the 33.8oz bottle of sport (for some time now) but they never took down the offering. I can understand that as I have been in business for myself multiple times over the years. I said I would be willing to accept a second 16oz bottle of non sport and asked if they would send a second bottle of 16oz to make up for the shortage, they said "no" and that "it was not their fault." Who's fault is it, MINE? Now, I know they were not out to do anything dishonest here and I felt they would do the right thing and make up the difference. Years ago, one would call this a "Bait and switch" ; which is when a particular product of known volume is advertised at a certain price, and you buy it. But what you get is not what you purchased or assumed you were buying. What is the right thing to do here? Having grown up in a family ran Italian restaurant for decade's, my parents always taught me "the customer is ALWAYS right, even if they are not". This is obviously not something they believe in at Cuccia's The bottom line here is this....If your incapable of proper business practices to take care of your customers, you will eventually have no customers. Not only will I never do business here but will inform the very busy/booked (7 months out) natural practitioner in Utah who referred me, what took place so he no longer makes referrals to Cuccia's products."
