"Sharing this review on both accounts because it's horrendous what an awful experience I had with Danielle Waite at the Lagniappe property. I couldn't imagine treating my paying customers the way I've been treated, she is not competent enough to be in the position she is in. Wouldn't give a rent concession OR let me out of my lease when I've expressed from the very start how unhappy I was with my apartment condition and my move in process as a whole. The property manager at Lagniappe (Ashton) wants more than anything to make things right with me but Danielle will not let her. Awful business practices."
